Alfred Eisele founds the company "EFD-Eisele-Flugdienst GmbH" (EFD Eisele Flight Service, or EFD). The first aircraft is the Piper Cheyenne PA-31 T1 twin-engined propeller plane. After six months, flight operations are completely taken over by jet aircraft, with the deployment of an economical Citation CJ Jet.
E-Aviation orders a Citation Jet 4, the first CJ4 to be used for commercial transport in Europe. We extend our home base in Stuttgart with our own hangar space for our Citation Jet fleet and we create separate aircraft engineering and catering operations. E-Aviation now offers heli-shuttles and sightseeing flights with its Bell 206 LongRanger helicopter.
Four E-Aviation pilots and training captains and the company managers fly to Wichita, Kansas, to take delivery of a brand-new Cessna Citation Jet 4. The E-Aviation team welcomes the new arrival with a champagne reception, and the aircraft receives the traditional water christening from the Stuttgart Airport Fire Brigade.
At our home base in Stuttgart, guests can make use of the VIP Lounge. Passengers can enjoy a small refreshment before departure here in an exclusive space with free Wi-Fi.
The fleet is expanded with a new Cessna Citation Sovereign in Stuttgart and a brand-new Citation CJ3 in Düsseldorf.
E-Aviation now offers a total of nine jets, thereby enabling even greater flexibility and decentralised availability.
As with previous jets, the CJ3 undergoes thorough testing in Wichita before delivery and is transferred from the USA by Alfred Eisele himself. E-Aviation thereby continues its tradition of only using the most up-to-date aircraft, in order to guarantee the highest levels of functionality and safety.
The E-Aviation fleet continues to grow with four new acquisitions for Düsseldorf, Frankfurt and Stuttgart. Our third Citation Sovereign is transferred from Paris to Stuttgart. By expanding our range of super-midsize aircraft, we impress even more passengers with their range and with the standing-room cabin and cabin crew service available on board. An addition CJ4 also arrives in Stuttgart, and a new CJ4 is made available in Düsseldorf with our co-operation partner Hahn Air.
Alfred Eisele and Walter Rall bring over a brand-new Cessna Citation Jet 4 from Wichita to Stuttgart in March. It is the first new-generation CJ4 in Europe.
Passengers are able to enjoy the first issue of our E-Board magazine in September, with engaging content covering aerospace, travelling and lifestyle topics. The on-board magazine is also available at additional selected outlets and online.
New addition in April: the E-Aviation fleet has now been augmented by a King Air C90GTi from Textron. This highly efficient turboprop aircraft is perfect for business trips or private journeys in the regional short-haul range.
The King Air can take off and land in Stuttgart 24 hours a day without a ban on night flights. Perfect for anyone also wanting to fly back directly after a meeting in the evening. You and your team colleagues therefore save on expensive hotel accommodation and are in top form the next day. Compared with a Business Class ticket, a charter flight also offers better value for money in many cases - and the time on board can be used without interruption.
23 September 2016 was the big day. We landed in Stuttgart with the brand new Citation Jet 3+. A great occasion both for E-Aviation and myself: it was my 28th ferry flight! The pilots Tobias Launer, Tobias Schlüren and I collected „the new addition“ in Wichita, USA. We flew back to our home airport via Montreal, Goose Bay and Reykjavik. We were met there by the E-Aviation team and the Stuttgart airport fire brigade with the traditional water baptism. The flight performance promised by the manufacturer Cessna was far exceeded during the ferry flight. Here is a description of the CJ3+.
Bright red and in a whole new outfit – the CJ4. But it’s not only the paint that makes this airplane unique. The Cessna Super Light Jet also shines on the inside: with a luxurious interior, exquisite design and superior comfort. Like a luxury limousine with wings.
The D-CHRA is ideal for relaxed business and private flights. The youngest generation of the Super Light Jet offers room for seven to eight passengers and sets new standards for technology and flight performance. CJ4’s cabin offers passengers exclusive comfort during their flight. Modern electronic entertainment, such as the Venu™ Cabin Management System with a HD Blu-Ray-DVD Player, provides passengers with every convenience for working or relaxing.
On 16th October, our brand-new Citation M2 jet landed in Stuttgart. This was a big day both for E-Aviation and myself as it was my 29th aircraft transfer. Pilot Madeleine Bonenberger and I personally collected the new plane from Wichita, USA. We brought this small light jet via Montreal, Goose Bay, Reykjavik and Stavanger to its home airport, where an enthusiastic E-Aviation team awaited. Even on the transfer flight, we exceeded the flight performance promised by the manufacturer, Textron Aviation Inc.. The new addition to our fleet is also a record breaker as the first commercially operated M2 jet in Germany.
On 12th January, our new Citation M2 jet landed in Stuttgart. This was a big day both for E-Aviation and myself as it was my 30th aircraft transfer. Pilot Timo Lauble and I personally collected the new plane from Wichita, USA. We brought this small light jet via Montreal, Goose Bay, Reykjavik and Wick to its home airport, where an enthusiastic E-Aviation team awaited. Even on the transfer flight, we exceeded the flight performance promised by the manufacturer, Textron Aviation Inc..
On 17 September 2020, the entire E-Aviation team was thrilled to welcome Walter Rall, Chief Technical Officer and member of management, and me when we landed with the CJ4, D- CNOX, at our home base of Stuttgart. This new addition to our fleet will allow us to continue to meet our customers’ needs right down to the finest details. We collected the CJ4 from the Textron Service Center in Milwaukee, USA, two days previously. Together, we then flew Cessna’s largest light jet to Germany via Newfoundland, Iceland and Scotland.
